The port is a transport hub with water and land transport equipment and conditions for safe entry and landing of ships. It is the aggregation point and the hub of the water and land transportation, the distribution of the agricultural products and the import and export materials of foreign trade, the ship berthing, the loading and unloading of the goods, the upper and lower passengers, the supplementary provisions.
